Return and Exchange Policy

Returns


Our refund policy is 30 Days for products purchased directly from Shockbottle, except for Blem and Refurb items which can be returned or exchanged within 15 days no hassle. To be eligible for a return, non-blem items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Perishable and hazardous goods cannot be returned. Personalized or other custom work cannot be returned. 

If you purchased your Shockbottle product from a retailer, please contact them for return and exchange information first.

 

To complete a return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchanges


We will replace items if they are defective or out of spec prior to you receiving them and can also exchange new unused items for other items. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at contact@shockbottle.com for details.  Please also check the FAQs to determine if your item is actually defective.  Exchanges for defective items will not incur shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your returns is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment within 20 days.

Shipping

 

In-stock products are usually shipped within 5 days of order using USPS, FedEx & UPS (if you need an item soon, please try one of our dealers).  Personalized and custom items have longer lead-times, please contact us if you have a time-critical need for such an item.   To return your product, contact us for return information. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs for non-defective products are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
